Currently there is no such option... the left side is used for the sail up/down slider (which, with the only sailboat available now, is mostly useful during very strong winds).
This would be desirable, since I am using it as an rc sailboat trainer. The transmitter controls are left, sail trim, right rudder.
C wind has this option. I'll probably try switching the controls on my transmitter because I feel your simulator is superior, but then it will be difficult mentally to try someone else's boat.
